• Use the platform for deceptive ads, phishing, malware distribution, or policy-violating redirects.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Alpha Qr (excluding user-generated QR content) is the intellectual property of Alpha Qr. You retain ownership over the destination URLs and content you provide for your dynamic QR codes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Qr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Enforcement and Suspension

We may investigate abuse reports and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies (including Google publisher policies). We may remove or disable access to offending QR content without prior notice where necessary for safety and compliance.
